The research project ModEMS4Q has now officially started and is being carried out in cooperation with the chairs of real estate economics, automation and control systems at the TUK under the direction of the real estate economics department. In the project, modernization concepts for existing residential quarters based on a building-wide energy management system (EMS) are examined.
