  • Building simulation

PhD topic:

  • Development of the Annual Spectral Matrix Simulation Method and Assessment of the Effect of Spectral Discretization on Annual Lighting Energy Demand, https://doi.org/10.26204/KLUEDO/8428

Description:

Development of an approach for spectral year-round simulations, in which the traditional three RGB channels are split into multiple channels to model light in the visible spectrum. The work examines whether the accuracy of the estimated lighting energy demand can be significantly improved by simulations with finer resolution.
